corporate glamping and offsites

Samsung, Sony, Unilever and Arcadia Group - to mention a few - have celebrated with The Soul Camp: to great effect.  We are the leaders in the field (really, no pun intended!) in corporate glamping and corporate festivals.

Getting guests to connect and engage is an art we’ve honed over a decade. The first thing we ask is “what are your Required Outcomes of your offsite?” From there we craft a bespoke gathering with you, focused entirely on those objectives.

Nothing compares to a bespoke event where everything has been considered.  We know the venue, the ambiance, the food, the facilities, the entertainment and activities are all key influences for an event that will have an enduring positive outcome for our clients.

We have hand selected stunning campsites - all with that festival-edged vibe that we're known for.  We have the A/V tech for presentations, scrumptious local sustainable catering, sumptuous glamping options, bespoke fun and invigorating team building activities

We work with our client’s budgets to create a very special corporate glamping event to match (almost!) any budget.

For Example: The Soul House Campsite...

The Soul House - one of our lovely corporate glamping campsites - is just an hour and a bit south of London.

It's set in 80 acres of stunning countryside in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with breathtaking view across the valley.  The village (with two pubs and a shop!) is just a lovely 15 minute walk away with accommodation at a few B&Bs for those who may not want to glamp.  This year, we’re delighted to make the swimming pool and pool terrace available.

There are local attractions and the sea just 25 minutes away and we offer a range of exciting activities on site, please see below for details.

Meetings for up to 60 people can be accommodated in the Ballroom, and 40 in the Drawing and Dining Rooms and a guest kitchen is at hand for snacks, teas and coffees.  The Ballroom is also a fantastic place to dance until late with your own DJs, or ours.

For larger gatherings, a marquee on the lawn makes a conference with a wow factor and the house and gardens can be used for breakouts.

We have a dedicated barbeque and picnic area with reclaimed wooden table and benches with lovely views, and a huge fire pit fuelled by local sustainable firewood.  It’s always a great way to get people connecting and chatting under the clear night sky...

Accommodation: can be in various forms, our standard company glamping is with new 5 meter luxury glamping bell tents that sleep five people, and this season we've upgraded to new luxury camp beds.  As standard, the camp beds are fitted out with a lining blanket, a medium tog sleeping bag and pillow.  Working with local partners we can also create ‘villages’ with a mix of bell tents, tipis and yurts for a fantastic off-site experience.

Facilities:  we have eco-friendly compost toilets and eco-showers and provide extra luxury flushing loos and luxury showers upon request.

Catering:  you are free to bring your own food and use our communal barbeques or we can arrange catered barbeques or formal sit-down meals in lovely marquees.  Our preferred caterers work on a per head basis, agreeing a budget and menu to suit your event budget.

Bar facilities: you are free to arrange a delivery of drinks from a supermarket and use the small kitchen as a bar, or, we can run a professional and friendly bar for you.  There are some excellent local English breweries and wineries to enjoy.

Things to do:  the sea and the coastal town of Hastings are 25 minutes away, as is Bedgebury Forest Go Ape, and Bewl Water.

For on-site activities, we have found bushcraft to be great fun and very interesting or maybe English cheese and wine tasting?

Simple things like rounders and kite flying are also great fun and we can arrange for Disc Golf or archery or more creative activities like creating a Andy Goldsworthy type image.   We can also offer chinese food making workshops, or something really off the wall like chainsaw lessons!   Tell us about your event and get a quote!
