Corporate Accommodation Options & Event Accommodation
We offer a wide array of corporate accommodation options, including everything from luxury glamping setups to hotel rooms and bespoke event accommodation.
We get that corporate glamping can be a new concept for some companies and there might be some nerves around that. If we may be so bold, we think we’re experts at working with clients to help navigate this. As Red Bull’s team shared:
“glamping was a new thing for us and there were a lot of nerves around it – but you proved us all wrong so thank you.” Red Bull
We even went the extra mile for their mid-October event by supplying individual heaters and phone charging facilities in each tent to ensure everyone was cozy and happy! Almost anything is possible to make everyone comfortable!
Festival Hotel Accommodation Options.
Some of our campsites have hotels on site, which means any of your colleagues who can't glamp can stay in a hotel room within walking distance of the Festival site. In fact some clients accommodate all of their guests in hotel rooms and have a wonderful, exciting and social festival on the grounds.
Pro Glamping tip 1:
Many clients canvas colleagues to see who might like to glamp with what team, (normally Girls and Boys are separate!).
Pro Glamping Tip 2:
A way that helps social cohesion is to make ‘tribes’. Using names that resonate with your company culture can be a fun and engaging way to connect people.
We make ‘glamping villages’ for many clients , some use colour coded flags or other cool ways to identify a ‘tribe’. It's great fun and also, on a practical level, it's super useful for guests to know where they're glamping!
It also is great fodder for your marketing team to come up with a cool festival map!
