Rain will never dampen the spirit of one of our events! We have robust backup plans in place for a seamless experience in case of rain.
"What if it rains?"... is a question we are asked a lot. The simple answer is you don't need to worry.
Because for over 20 years, we've lived outdoors all summer, we kinda had no choice but to learn how to manage what Mother Earth decides upon! And, although we always order good weather for our clients, occasionally, just like that delivery you're super-excited to get, it can arrive a day late.
A Successful Outdoor Corporate Event Is All About Meticulous Planning.
We all know extreme weather can disrupt any event, indoors or out. So when we work with you to create your fantastic gathering, we always recommend plenty of really nice social spaces for your guests to be safe, dry and have an awesome time! It's not at all difficult, we've a whole field to put up lovely cosy marquees, it's just about planning and experience.

For reassurance, we worked with Red Bull to deliver an event at Donington Park mid October, with two nights of glamping for 300 people.
We also ran FatFace's brand conference, one of the most important events in their annual calendar. Again, in October, this time for 400 people with what was the wettest period in September on record - just ahead of our build for the event!
