We’re pretty proud of that! (We did it again!)
You learn a lot sitting around a campfire, glass of wine in hand, chatting with CEOs and C-suite teams!
This season, the conversation kept returning to the "hybrid empathy gap" and the massive challenge of building real Social Capital across remote teams. Which is kinda cool, because that’s what we do: build Social Capital for our clients.
